Summer Reading Enrichment / Ms. Greene

This summer I am offering a class through the school which will focus on helping both incoming 7th and 8th graders with their summer reading.  If you (or your parents) are interested, please contact the enrichment program directors, Ms. McEwan or Mr. McDavitt in guidance.  Here is a description of the class:

Summer Reading Enrichment
This class is designed to help students complete and get the most out of their summer reading requirement. We will work through the book and focus on its main events, as well as literary elements, including character and plot development. Students will be exposed to and practice utilizing various reading and note-taking strategies and apply these strategies to complete any written requirements accompaning the summer reading. Participants will be encouraged to think critically, share ideas, and make connections to the real world.

  1. Actually, I can't think of a better class! Ms. Greene, make sure you read under the trees. Maybe take them to Wompatuck SP on a field trip
