Zeus says...

Think back to ancient times, before television, computers, and cell phones.  Try to go a week without "screens".  Unless needed for school, try to limit how much TV you watch, video games you play, and internet you use for entertainment.  Go outside, read a book, take a walk with a friend, etc...  Although I'm not expecting a miracle, have a parent or guardian sign off with an estimate of your screen time.  See if you can get it down to zero by Friday!  Good luck and have fun!
