SELL THOSE CFL's

Remember, we want to be # 1 in the school and state for the second year in a row.


NOW Get out there GREEN and raise those funds. You all did awesome at the bake sales during parent conferences. Now let’s take that momentum and ratchet up our sales. GO GREEN!

Here are the strategies you all came up with:

• Walk around your neighborhood selling door to door. Always do this with a good friends and family, never alone.

• Go to the Haunted house and set up shop (always with friends and family).

• Bring the fundraiser form to a family function or neighborhood gathering and tell them about the exciting opportunity.

• Sell them to your family directly, most households need 1 or 2 light bulb replacements.

• Ask your parents if they would consider bringing the fundraiser to their workplace.

• Remember to tell friends and family that all of the proceeds go to benefit the science department and our focus is enhancing technology in the classroom.

• Tell the prospective buyer about the benefits of the CFL’s:

• Saves them money, on average $79 over the life of the CFL compared with a non CFL (or incandescent).
• Reduces CO2 in our atmosphere.

Don’t forget to fill out the forms completely, especially the names and addresses! This is the only way you will be able properly distribute the CFLs When they come in.
