Type up your Watson's Discussion Question. You should take the information you have written in your Outline Sheet and turn it into at least 1/2 page typed. You should also double-space.
Please check the attachment (over on the website) for the correct heading to use! You have to click on ELA and scroll down to the bottom. It's the attachment that says "Heading" (for your papers)._______________________
FCA #1: List specific examples from the story to support your answer
FCA#2: End your Discussion Question by restating what you said at the beginning (clincher)
FCA#3: No run-ons or sentence fragments

Remember: If I find more than 4 silly, careless grammatical mistakes (periods, capitalization, spelling), I am going to automatically take 5 points off and give it right back to you to fix. Anything worth doing, is worth doing right.

in chapter 9 mr watson is trying to explain to kenny why they are sending byron to stay with his grandma sands in alabama on page 123 he says well a lot of times thats going to be the way of the world for you kids byron is getting old enough to have to understand that his time for playing is running out fast hes got to realize the world doesnt have a lot of jokes waiting for him hes got to be ready explain wat that means and support your answer with atleast one specific example from the novel
the third one is
in chapter 9 on page 132 mr watson tries to make a joke about why the family needs to pack lots of food and plan their stops carefuly for the trip to alabama. based on his comments descrie how he feels about driving from michigan down to alabama
