Prehistoric Chart

Paleolithic  Vs. Neolithic



Paleolithic =  Old Stone Age

 Hunter – gatherers

 Nomads

 Temporary homes

 Lived in family groups

 Inventions: fire, spoken language, art, religion.



Neolithic = New Stone Age

 Agriculture

 Farming & domesticated animals

 Permanent homes

 Lived in settlements/villages

 Inventions: Skilled jobs, social classes, government, pottery, wheel, sail, plow.


Similarity
Both ages rely on stone, bone, and wood for tools!

    the timeline isn't a sheet, it's a piece of computer paper. you have to right everything down yourself. like, the line with the dates and the key and the colorful lines. :)
